What speed memory to use if overclocking duron 700 to 900+? 133 or 100?

I want to overclock a duron 700 to at least 900 Mhz. I want to get new memory for this setup and I'm not sure whether I will need Pc133 or PC100. I understand that this depends on how fast I clock the memory or bus when overclocking, right? Well I'm not that familiar with the settings to achieve a 900MHz. Does it need to use a bus speed higher than 100? or can I just you multiplier adjustments and not need to change the 100MHz bus speed. Anyway, is it nessessary to have pc133 memory?
Thanks

Okay, first of all, it does not matter what memory you have (100 or 133) since you can run it at whatever you want. It does not have anything to do with you Front Side Bus with your chipset. You will have an option in the bios for the memory settings.

Now, for overclocking your processor, you best bet is to up the core speed. Chances are you will not be able to get your FSB up that much. However, durons have been know to overclock very well by uping the core speed.
