What speed memory for just BIOS overclocking.

Gonna pick up a duo core 6400 and p5b mobo.

What speed memory would be good for just basic overclocking? Nothing too daring.
 
I see that 667 has a 5300 and a 5400. What's the difference? Will it matter?

Do you recommend any specific brand?
