DDR2800 from a brand name manufacturer like OCZ, Mushkin, Corsair, Crucial Ballistix, Kensingston HyperX etc.

I'd say DDR2-533 (w/ tight timings) if you don't OC.
DDR2-667 (again, tight as price allows timings) for light-medium OCing.
DDR-800 for medium-heavy OCing
DDR-1000 for extreme OCing 😀
