What speed is the Sempron 3200+

Bios says 1800mhz, my pc properties says 984 or 1.79

Is this cpu s939 in the laptop, is it 64 bit?

it is a Socket 754 runs at 1.9MhZ 256KB cash.. and I don't think it is 64bit..(kinda sure about it ^^)
