what speed CPU drive strength, 2 or 3,

FOr my system,, what drive strenght should I use in the bios for stability,, my system is unstable playing games,, 100% Cpu when I play games,, wondering if I have this wrong,, currently on 2 by default, shoudl it be set to three,,

also what is the bios faq page,, pauls something or rather.com..
