Sometime they make sure the person knows how to spell, too.
I wouldn't make it as cut and dry as that, but my interviewer actually asked what my hobbies were... I was pretty glad for that one.Originally posted by: Fingolfin269

Just don't think that because your GPA is X that you don't have a chance to get a job. Hopefully you were smart enough to do a ton of extracirricular stuff on top of your schoolwork. I'd much rather be working with someone who had a 3.5 and actually left his/her room as opposed to someone who had a 4.0 and had no friends.

Basically they want to know if you'll fit in with the team.
