What sort of features do you look for in an mp3 encoder? (lowpass, highpass, abr, vbr, id3)
Im currently making a helper dll for Lame_enc.dll (v3.89a), and i need some hints on what to enclude.

can you honestly tell the difference listing with headphones jogging/walking around? i re-encode all my mp3s, download and self generated to 96kbps to maximum portability

pretend u had a song, u can set it with vbr to have a minimum bitrate of 64 and max of 96, that way u can save even more space.
