what software will mix 2 mp3's to make them sound like 1?

just wondering what software that will mix 2 mp3's to make them sound like they belong together, so they beat the same and everything.

I dont know of all the capabilities of it, but there is a great free app called WavePad, available here:

I know you can copy one file and paste it and splice it into another. I just dont know what it can do as far as matching beats and whatnot.

after that, I'd suggest Sound Forge. I know it has some advanced capabilities.
