I have a 1 TB drive with Win XP and Win 7 on it. I want to remove Win XP and have not found any software that will allow to me to do this. I tried EASEUs partion master and this did not work. Any suggestions? Thanks
I think I tried all the freebie partition programs, but nothing was satisfactory. None could delete/resize/move the partitions just right to maximize disc space. Maybe it was one of those Acronis products that I finally end up using.
I tried to use the above method but I have IE8 installed. I cant find the "hide files & folders" option as mentioned. The layout is not quite the same.
Personally, I think that video is way too complicated. Anyway, what exactly is the issue did you have with that EaseUS program? If XP is in its own partition and you installed it before 7, then even manually deleting all the files in the XP partition while in 7 would "delete the OS". So is your question actually about repartitioning the drive after the unwanted OS has been erased?
