What software to use for memory identification?

I just got an unknow memory pc2100 and I want to indentify the chips and the manufacture, how do I do that?

look at the chips, write down the number, go to the manufacturer website to check the datasheet or decoder.

software (ex. ctspd, sandra, etc) only can tell the information written in the spd, good manufacturers put the module part number in it, but that doesn't tell you the chip information.
