What software to copy a lot of data?

In the past when updating to a new system or consolidating older hard drives, I've used XXCOPY and Robocopy...I've seen a ton of other pieces of software and just the other day saw one mentioned with built in CRC checking.

So, what do you all recommend? This time around I have data sitting on a few different hard drives and I want to get as much of it on to one drive so I can reformat the others and have them clean.

I would only trust large chunks of data with RichCopy: freely distributable, written by Microsoft employee Ken Tamaru, multi-threaded, up to ten times faster than XCOPY, verbose GUI with tons of options and features.
