So I tried Dr DIVX and Virtual Dub MPEG-2, And also Auto GK (Which requires way to many steps to get to the encoding part,as I have multiple files I and I want to leave my PC on overnight and let it do it's thing). I want a program that requires minimal steps to get to the encoding part (I want 2 or more pass DIVX and MP3 Audio. So whats a good possibly free program that will do what I want with minumal steps involed? PS I already edited out the comercials so I just need a front end for my DIVX codec that I purchased

Strange, I find Auto GK to be one of the easiest.

I'm using it right now to back up Newsradio Season 3 that I bought today.

I agree. I haven't used it in a while, but I remember just selecting the video file, picking the output file size (1/4 dvd, 1 CD, etc.), selecting the audio format and clicking go.

There's a free 'light' version and a full version for $20 but it is worth it IMHO. Extremely easy to convert.
