What software to burn a CD 100% totally RAW

What software will let me burn a CDR/CDRW with a very, very raw image file? By this I mean that the binary values in the image file go directly to the disc, no CRC or any other compact disc fancy hubbub, just raw bits. Bit = 1 in the file, laser burns, bit = 0 in the file, laser doesn't, totally raw.
And I need to do this with completely arbitrary file lengths and contents.

I thin it's more of a drive issue than software, you need a drive that can write in DAO/96 mode, nero can support this format.

I have a capable drive, what's the procedure for burning raw like that?
I tried the "Burn image..." option, Mode2, and I don't think it did what I need.

Are you trying to burn a image? is it an ISO? is so there should be an option to burn in either DAO or DAO/96

It's just a file I made full of arbitrary "stuff", not really an image (the data is meaningless, there's no formatting or filesystem in it), but I feed it to Nero as a raw Mode2 ISO.

I'm still not getting the desired result.

What I'm trying to do here is make precise patterns, namely concentric rings. The easier way to do this, I figured, was to burn a CDR with 0's for, say, 100MB, then a few megabytes of 1's, then 0's, 1's, and so on.

If DAO/96 circumvents parity, then I guess I'm stuck on EFM now, and God knows how I could get past that. :(
