.BIN is an image of a CD.

You will need a .CUE to open the .BIN.

You can load the .CUE into a virtual drive image program like Daemon Tools & view/play/install the content, or you can just load the .CUE into Nero & burn to CD.

As for .SIT, i have never heard of it.

Edit: Apparently, .SIT is a compressed file.
This program is supposed to allow you to extract the .SIT

Stuffit Expander will decompress SIT files and I believe it's still available for Windows.
