What software does voice communication between PC and Macs?

I'm looking for a software to be able to call my mother in Brazil (she has a PC) from my roommate's computer (a G4) to save some bucks on international calls. Do you know a software that works on those 2 platforms?

If she had a mac, you could just use iChat AV. I don't know any software that runs on both platforms that does it.
