I use Clad DVD version 1.71. You can search for it on google and get it from a http site. If you are going to convert it to DivX you are probably going to want to use Flask. It will convert the vob files to avi. Just make sure you have the DivX codec.

if just for ripping the vob to hd, then use Smartripper
i think the lastest version is 2.2 its probably the fastest ripper out there.
it takes me about 20-25 mins to rip a movie.
