What software do you use to burn your videos (charge system, etc)

My cousin sent me her wedding on a DVD in PAL format (she lives in Europe). It plays on my computer w/o ny trouble but I tried using DVD Shrink to change the system into NTSC in order to play the video in a regular DVD palyer. It never worked... I tried every which way possible! I ruined at least 15 DVD's and each one, each time i tried something diff. would play say the menu but would stay at that, or music and nothign else.. etc, etc.

I need help here. What programs do you guys use to manipulate these DVD movies when trying to burn them in diff. formats, systems etc, etc.

Again, this is nothing illegal... This is a legal copy of my cousin's wedding 🙂

I'd appreciate any help on this matter.

You need to reencode the video and change the framerate from 25FPS to 30FPS. ULead DVD MovieFactory will convert from PAL <-> NTSC.
