360 tells me I have a virus backdoor.fomando
It cant delete it or anything else with out manually.but the only option I have is a get help button and that launches support options chat email or phone
tried chat but after thirty minutes I was frustrated and decided to get other software.
so whats the best one I can use
one that makes a boot cd would be great
 
Kasperky's internet suit. Go to their website and install their free online scanner. It might be able to delete that virus.

BitDefender and Trendmicro also have free online acanners.

None of the above have any freeware from my experiences.

360 isn't really that bad; no one anti-virus is perfect. Kaspersky has a tremendous detection rate though.
