What software adjusts brightness on Sony Vaio screens??

When I bought my laptop it came with 2000 installed. I never had to reinstall or anything and I ended loosing the disk that came with it.. Now I recently updated to XP but none of the built in features work like display adjustments and the other function keys. I looked everywhere on the sony site and installed all they had but none work... I'm now lost..

That's what it was before and I assumed it would be the same in XP but it don't work. None of the Fn keys do anything.
 
go to sonys site and download the drivers. thats what i did for mine a while back. everything works. it should work. maybe you downloaded the wrong ones off the site.

Done that and it didn't work. I tried them all.
