13. It's not so hard to find dressy shoes, but a lot of sneakers have 12 as the biggest size. It's really annoying when you fins a shoe that you want, and the shoe salesman says it's not available in your size.

Actually you are suposed to subtract 2, so if you wear an 8 in womens its a 6 in mens =)
