What size screws on Mac G3 B&W Case?

I'm missing a couple riser screws in this Mac blue and white case. PC screws don't fit, nor do some older mac screws I have. They look like metric coarse thread 3 or 4 mm, but I have no idea where to get an odd size like that. Anybody know exactly what size these things are???
