How do I determine what size power supply I need? Is there a place that has some general parameters already set up that I can reference, or do I have to find and add up all the separate power requirements of all my devices?

Read this and weep.

I would also mention that there is a new standard for PS's called the ATX 2.03 standard. PS's which meet that standard will work with ATX motherboards but also have the connectors required for the P4/Willamette, I believe.

As another plug for the Enermaxes, they meet the ATX 2.03 spec. I don't know of any other ones that do. If you are going you be using a Willie, then an Enermax is really your best bet now.
