I just got this case today, however none of my cables are long enough to reach from the CDROM drives to the onboard ide ports...

I was going to get a pair of 36" rounded cables from SVC, but isn't that way above the ATA spec? I'll have my dvd writer connected via these cables, so I really don't want too much data corruption...

I use 18" cables for my lower drive bays and 24" ones for the upper ones. . They reach well with enough room to manuever them out of the way. 10" cables should reach fine even to the HDs, but there won't be enough extra to tuck them out of the way. The ATA spec in only actually for 18".

I'm using 18" for my CD-RW and DVD drive. The DVD drive is mounted in the very top slot of my Plusview and the cable makes the span no problem. Since my hard drives are mounted close to my RAID connector I only used 10" single device cables for those. :)
