What size cable ties?

What size of cable ties should I use? I would think that a 3inch length would be best, but it seems like 4inch is the shortest length available.

Or, should I just get the 6inch length and then cut when needed?

get the smallest you can, either 3 or 4 inch. Should cost about the same. Get Black if you want it to look good, but if you are cheap go with white.

You probably will never need or use anything bigger really. Just think about how big of a cable bundle it would have to be for you to need 6" cable ties...

- I didn't ask if it is physically possible to cut the ties. I asked if it would be better to get a 6in set and cut them down, compared to a 4in set. I wasn't sure really what is the best size, and figured 6in would be a lot longer than needed.
