on my brothers machine the fan for his Power Supply has been rattling something awful lately, so he wants me to install a new one for him. Only thing I'm not sure on is which sizes will work. He's has a Midsized AT Tower case with a K6-2 500 MHZ chip (socket 7 mobo).

The different ones listed on the web sites are ATX Power Supply, which say PS/2 and baby AT compatible. Or the AT power supply which say baby AT and PS/2 compatible.

Will either fit, or only the AT size?

Why not just replace the fan? When they rattle, it is usually a ball bearing making the noise...

AT and ATX PS will both fit in the case. The screw holes are all right where you need them. If you are swapping out a AT for a ATX you will also need to replace the power switch. This may be a bit more work but should not be to hard. You may need to pull the front off of the case, don't force it, just examine it to find how it is attached, then remove it, and pull out the old AT switch. The ATX switch will fit perfectly, put it all back together, you should be good to go.
