Most use should come out with T-20 or smaller I believe

edit: If I was at work I could tell you exactly.

T-20 is a very large torx head - more for automotive use. I'd bet it is T-10 or under, like T-6 or T-8. Sears has the small torx sizes in their precision drivers line.

I've just stripped a Hitachi drive that went belly up so I could recover the magnets.
T10 is definitely too big.
More like T8 and T6 (maybe even smaller?)...unfortunaly mine aren't marked for size.
The Hitachi has one larger size for the outer case, then a smaller size for the central bit that the platters sit on.

I believe a mobile phone Torx toolkit should cover the appropriate range.

Thanks

I went to Sears and picked one up.

It was a T-6 that I needed.
