i would bring Pachabel's canon :). keep in mind that maybe it shouldnt be your favorite single necessarily... unless you can withstand listening to 50 cent for the rest of your life.

[i changed the topic a bit, albums were a bit bleh]

Same, but for the sake of being different, I'll say Dream Theater- "Scenes From a Memory".

Hm.. Meshuggah - Destroy Erase Improve, or Deltron 3030. Hm, maybe deftones. I don't know. There are a lot that I wouldn't mind being stranded with.

edit: obviously I can't read. I thought it said album. bah

hmmmm ... probably Opeth - Black Rose Immortal ... however any Opeth song from Morningrise, Orchid, or Blackwater park would do as I have listened to these albums well over 100 times and i Never ever get bored by them.

EDIT: Also ... that 30+ minute Iced Earth song (i think its called Dante's Inferno) , or Edge Of Sanity - Crimson would do

Aphex Twin - Bucephalus Bouncing Ball. It'd go well with the insanity that would soon follow.

For comedic value: Simon & Garfunkel - Bridge over Troubled Water

Truthfully, probably a Concerto by JS Bach, most likely in G Minor. It has already withstood the test of time, and I'm fairly sure that I'm not going to want to listen to the same 3-5 minute song over and over.
