what should we do now?

My g/f went to get her pills refilled at CVS. They gave her the wrong pills, so we drove back to get the right ones. Well, the pharmicist said he cannot give her the right ones because she paid for the other ones. He just told her to take the perscription and leave even though they were different pills (no, not the generic stuff, just a different pill). My g/f starts arguing and asks for the paper with her prescription back. He refuses and then takes the pills he gave her and tell her to leave and told her that she should have just taken the pills and left. WTF???? Is this legal?

Get a new prescription from the doctor. Once she explains the reason, the doctor shouldn't have a problem with it. And don't go to CVS again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

I'd speak with a manager or regional manager and most especially your doctor. It's dangerous to take unprescribed medication.

Manager?

not there, but what getsme mad is that he told her to take the wrong pills even though she stated it was teh wrong ones. He just said "I am a pharmicist, and I should know that they all work the same way..."

Buy some condoms until you get it straightened out, or just don't fvck until she gets her prescription filled properly.

That would get me mad. See the mgr tomorrow. Get a refund, at the least.

Makes you wonder if this pharmacist did it on purpose. Anyways, next time, have your gf look to makes sure its the correct medication before leaving.

There has to be a manager that could have been called. By dispensing medicine that he knows is incorrect this pharmacist could be in a lot of trouble.

It should have never gotten this far but, at the point at which he took her pills back and refused to return them it became a larceny. You could have called the police.

Call the police and say the guy grabbed her tits. That will show the fvcker.
Or you could call 9-1-1 and complain to the operator.

(BK drive-thru anyone? 😀)

I agree. At the very least, this guy should be fired from his job because he is clearly incompetent to perform it.

Well, that is rude as hell and probably not even legal, but there's not really much you can do about him as a pharmacist (unless the manager was around). And what are you doing getting your prescription pills at CVS? Insurance doesn't cover pills from store pharmacies (at least mine doesn't), so we always get our prescriptions done at the hospital the day we get them.
