I am planning to overclock my 1.2 Ghz AXIA but I would like to to know before hand what the vcore should be set to to keep stability. First, I will probably just up the multiplier to 10 making it 1.33 Ghz, if that works then I want get the FSB up to at least 140 Mhz. Any suggestions.

BTW, it is on an Epox 8K7A with an Alpha PAL8045. Should I up the DDR voltage also?

You will most probably have to up the DDR voltage if you wana run 140FSB.
actually you will probably have to up both of them...

I would leave it all default and run tests within Windows.. something like Prime95, CPU Burn, Sisoft Sandra Torture and see how stable it is. Then up the voltages but 1.
If you are lucky you may not have to and your temps will stay much lower with lower voltages.
