What should my next upgrade be?

Here is my current rig.

I'm thinking either an X2 3800+ to overclock, or a 7800GS when they're available. I mainly play HL2/CSS, World of Warcraft, and a family member plays Flight Sim 2004 a lot. Also been playing FEAR and enjoy that, but would like better performance... which is pushing me toward the 7800GS since it's faster at stock speeds than my overclocked 6800GT by at least 10%. Then again, the dual core CPU would be nice to get some CD/DVD ripping done while I'm wasting away hours of my life playing WoW.

The dual core CPU will massivly cut your encoding times, but the graphics card will only provide a small increase. It depends what matters more to you, if the extra ~20% (once overclocked) fps and/or eyecandy is important to you then go for the graphics card.

Personally, I would wait for a more cost-effective and worthwhile upgrade, but since you're not me (no cheering,) I'd say that the Dual-core 3800+ would probably be best path.
