What should my next upgrade be?

Here are my current rig specs:

Sonata
NF7-S v2
2500+ @ 3200+
2x512 PC3200 HyperX at 200FSB
9500NP softmodded to 9700P
WD 10K 36GB Raptor

19" Sony e440 Trinitron
Logitech z-640s

I'm thinking either:

1) Get a Leadtek TV Tuner Card and a 200GB HD for TV watching bliss

2) Samsung 191T LCD (or 1900FP)

3) Get another Raptor in RAID-0 (assuming both raptors are good, this should last for 5 years ideally right? RAID-0 doesn't make each drive more vulnerable does it?)

My main question is, I mostly do a lot of web-browsing, I do game a lot but its of a low priority for me and I really need to stop. How much better is the 191T over a CRT?
 
How about a DVD burner?

DVD burners are now below the price I paid for my first CDRW ($200), I just ordered the brand new Plextor 8X for $180 from Dell.

Even without special deals/coupons there are lots of very affordable DVD burners.

Why the hell would you want a RAID-0 ? If all you do is gaming, don't do RAID-0, you don't need the parity checking either... so that would leave you with one choice.
