With me, each game can be tweaked for settings, just depends how picky you are. Just experiment

It`s really personal preference and also depends on what ATi card you`ve, on my 9700NP I leave truefrom off,I prefer AA set to "application preference" and use 16xAF performance setting,fastwrites disabled , last but not least all the other sliders set to maximum quality.

On my 9600 Pro, i run 2XAA always on, and 16X Quality AF always on, and everything set to quality, and truform on. I get great performance and games are smooth as the ocean on a calm day

I run my 9800 in most games at 4xAA 16xquality AF at a res of 1280x960@32bit.

LOD all quality except trueform (turned off)-true for both d3d and opengl.
