I'm thinking about jeans and a long sleeved tshirt and kneepads so when I kneel down my knees dont get hurt. What do you think?

Loose-fitting long sleeves and jeans or sweats are the only musts. You may or may not want to wear gloves or a cup. I always bring a hat to wear low and backwards in the event that I get shot in the top of the neck or back of the head. Oh, do bring a rag for your mask. They tend to fog up on the inside and get shot on the outside.

I've never gotten shot in the nuts... but then again I don't think I'd need to take my shoes off to count how many times I've paintballed. Anyway, some guys just put an old shirt or wife beater down their pants since that's more comfortable than a cup.

It might make some difference in what's recommended if we knew where you'll be playing (on a field/course or in the woods).

Just wear a thong. Most people will be blinded or disgusted and you can shoot them before they even think of shooting you.

I second the notion for a cup... and as far as clothes, lots of thin, breathable layers to cushion a hit.

Goalie pads if you don't like pain.

Hope for a warm day, cold days make the ball harder to break. If it breaks it doesn't hurt, if it's cold they bounce off of you and hurt like crazy
