My build is down below, I am
thinking about upgrading some parts. Should I overclock to 4.1GHz?

If you need help overclocking, post in the cpu forum. My guess is that you are not cpu limited, though.

Agree. An FX-6300 is more than a match for a GTX 650 Ti in all but the most heavily threaded games.

EDIT: Especially at 1080p.
