What should i upgrade next?

Hey guys, whats up...

I just finished getting income tax check and I have $2300 to spend.. and i need your opinion..

What should I upgrade next?
My system specs are the following...

2800+ @200x11 @1.75v
Corsair Xms pc3500 c2pt 512mb
Asus a7n8x deluxe 2.0
Radeon 9700 pro @ 371/344 Vga Silencer
WD 80gb 7200rpm 8mb cache
Audigy 2 platinum ex
Logitech z560 4.1 400 watt speakers
Envision 18.1 inch LCD monitor
Antec Trueblue 480watt p/s
Pioneer a05 dvd-rw drive

I already ordered 2 Western Digital Raptor 36.7GB 10,000RPM SATA Hard Drives to run in Raid 0.

I was thinking about upgrading to a Athlon 64 3200+ but I hear theres no agp/pci lock for these 64 bit systems, so thats out of the question.

I know that my video card is a huge bottleneck to my system because i cant score any higher than 5716 in 3dmark03. So should i just go with a Radeon 9800 xt?

What would you guys upgrade?

I'd sit on that system and wait for the upcoming video cards and other stuff (DDRII, BTX).

Yeah, I would say you are almost maxed out on that system. Wait for some really new toys

The only thing that comes to mind is more RAM.
