What should i tweak my 9800 pro settings to?

I recently bought an ati radeon 9800 pro, and i was wondering if anyone knows of any decent guides or just an overall answer as to how i should tweak my 9800 pro's settings to bring about best performance/quality. also, it seems that the clock speed of my processor has dropped due to the new video card.. is this normal?
 
i dont know much about tweaking any settings... but with the new drivers (3.10) you can set whateve ryou want on all of it, but i just dont know exactly what. If youre looking for overclocking, theres a program called Rage3D tweak. That might be of some service.

I would set everything to quality, AA 2x, AF to max, no truform, vsync on, run at optimal monitor resolution. If I missed any setting, let me know.
