What should I store my old video card in?

I just got a 6800OC and it did not come in an anti-static bag. What is something safe that I can store the 9800 Pro I am taking out in?

Put the old card in the box of the new one along with the anti-static bag. The put it somewhere cold and dry.

That is the problem, the new one didn't come with an anti-static bag. It just came in a plastic shell. I have no anti-static bags at my disposal and the old card won't fit in the plastic shell of the new one.

Ziplock Bag?

That's what I put my old cards in.

Haven't had one die on me yet. 🙂

just get any zoplock bag...most the time as soon as you open a ziplock they discaharge any static on them.

I thought a zip-lock bag at first but then I was thinking the anti-static bags might have some special material to make them safe that a zip-lock bag doesn't. Zip-lock it is, until I sell it 🙂
