All my dogs have names but they usually end up being called "hey! goddamn it!" or just "Sigh"

I'm about 80% into getting the 8-week old pup. What should I name him? I want something unique and sentimental other than regular boy names...

Yes, I thought about Ein.. maybe yes, maybe no.

I'm also thinking of naming him after my favorite classical composer, Debussy. But doesn't it sound strange?

Any suggestions welcome.

If I like it, I give full credit to 'you on internet' whenever I pick up ladies with the dog!

He looks like a Forest Gump

Whenever I get a dog, I'm naming him Beckett.

...you can't use that name, OP.

nice!

Basically, I am naming my Cat Schrodinger and my Dog Dogmeat if I ever get either.

I don't like really like dogs though. I mean, they are fine if they are someone else's.

Oh, I also Queen Elizabeth.

Cardigan Vest if it's the other type of Corgi.

King/Prince Charles, Edward, Philip if it must be male.

Try these on for size:

Lunch (my all time favorite canine name)

Major Major Major (Catch 22 FTW)

Stalin (nobody fucks with Stalin)

Courva (phonetic spelling of the word "slut" in Czech)

Sabacha (means "Dog")

Sratchku (phonetic spelling of the word "little shit" in Czech)

I also like food/beer names:

-Guinness
-Pabst
-Schlitz
-Old English
etc.

Another classic: Pavlov

I know the thread is about dogs, but I had a frend who named her orange tabby cat "Cheeto."
