So the Food Preparer won't be home tonight so I am left to my own devices for dinner but I have a bit of a dilemma: I don't know what to have for dinner.

A bit of background as it compounds my situation:
I am incompetent in the kitchen. Some of it is likely related to the fact that in the last 8 my SO has made pretty much all of our prepared meals. Lacking a degree in Chemistry I struggle to coax dihydrogen monoxide to the brink of its phase transition. I mean there was an occasion where I had a bag of Doritos and a bowl of ice cream as my daily intake of food. I've since been informed that this does not really constitute proper eating habits.

Grilling I can do. But to be perfectly honest I would have to do work to get the grill out and ready after the winter and my laziness will definitely win that battle

I am sure I could watch some youtube videos on how to boil water so there is spaghetti at home. I have been known to make a mean and only slightly carbonized grilled cheese.

So I could get food and my options for that include two Pizza places (Jets and Hungry Howies) and a Chinese Restaurant. There is also Kroger so I could get something as long as any idiot could prepare it.

So what does ATOT suggest I do - after fapping all over the walls, furniture, dog, and ceiling?

Other: Fired chicken with coleslaw and mashed potato

Another Idea, as you can grill, Salmon with steamed veges, local krogers (or whatever) will have both, marinated fish fillet in the fresh seafood dept, steamed veges in a microwavable pack in frozen dept

Pick up a hamburger either grill it or use the stove and fries or mac & cheese, Walmart has a shells & cheese with a salsa in it. Its not the salsa Velveeta though, I forgot the name.

Pizza and beer. Always the choice when I am flying solo.

Well it's a damn good thing you are a man, now remember this and tend to your grill. It's spring. Sort of.

Then you can make grilled cheese. :D

A bowl of cold and delicious cereal should hit the spot.

This.

I would vote getting pizza delivered, but your pizza options are strange and frightening to me, so I gotta go with the old bachelor dinner staple.

The answer is always pizza, but I've never heard of either of those options. I used to love alone nights when I was able to choose my own favorite dinner. Mmmm NY pizza.

Chain Pizza (don't tip, the tip is baked into the pizza cost and delivery fee)
Well-done Filet w/ a side of A1
General Tso's Chicken (not fried, its the only authentic version)
Olive Garden

Make something you lazy bum. See how it feels to be "food preparer".......smarty pants.

I fail to see an upside to your suggestion. I don't get to be lazy and I might be expected to replicate my newly learned sustenance preparing skills later on? I think not.

Grilled cheese. That's what I'm having. Seeded rye bread(the only kind of rye worth considering), extra sharp cheddar, and probably Progresso French onion soup, but I'm not 100% on that yet.

Pizza + beer + movie won out. I will now post a vertical image of my dinner so you all can disparage my choice of photo orientation, beer selection and pizza choice\appearance

In the meantime I am off to eat pizza while watching a movie, drinking and fapping

Chinese. You can make it "somewhat" healthy if you choose the right place and ask for the right items and preparation.

On a serious note, did you order pepperoni or did they accidentally spill a couple on your pizza by accident?
