I have a banshee right now, and I really need to get a new vid card. What should i get? I can only spend around $150, give or take $30-$40.
 
get a Geforce GTS. or if u can wait a KyroII might be worthwhile. what kinda processor do you have right now? no point getting a wicked graphics card if ur cpu cant provide the horsepower to muscle out the card
 
Read some reviews on video cards in your price range on this board or other ones.

Geforce 2 GTS around $150 or MX around $90.
 
It's a waste of time getting a GF2 MX because it's too slow, underpowered and too expensive. Your choices are a Radeon LE, GF2 GTS or a Kyro2. I'd probably get the GTS.
