I currently had a PNY 8600 GTS 250MB graphic card and it cost me $200 at Fry's Electronic couples day ago, but now they are selling a EVGA GeForce 8800GT Video Card (512MB DDR3, PCI-E 2.0, DX10, OpenGL 2.0) for $275. I had no experience about brand EVGA like quality, how good it's etc. Im still debate between this because I still had 7 or 8 days left to return my 8600 GTS, I notice that the 8800 GT running PCI-E 2.0 my mobo had PCI-E 16x will it still compatible and run with full spec? Any suggest which I should get or keep?

EVGA is one of the best brands out there. Trade that 8600 back in..you paid about a hundred bucks too much for it. Also, PCI-E 2.0 is completely backwards compatible with 1.0 (x16).

BTW, I just sold my Asus 8600GTS for an 8800GT. It was a world of difference.

8800GT without question.

8800GT destroys 8600GTS

The 8800GT is about twice the performance level of the 8600GTS for less than 40% higher cost. Not even a valid comparison here, go for the 8800GT.
