Hey hey. Let's at least apply some method to this. I say we should try to get him the highest concentration of calories, sodium and fat possible.
Taking a look at the Nutritional Information supplied by Taco Bell (a subsidary of PepsiCo) gives us such suggestions as:
Grilled Stuft[sic] Burrito - Beef: 700 Calories, 30 g of Fat and 1930 mg of Sodium and it only weighs in at 320 g so that is a pretty power packed item there.
Cheesy Gordita Crunch: 500 Calories, 28 g of Fat and 880 mg of Sodium at 174 g.
Cheese Roll-Up: 200 Calories, 10 g of Fat and 480 mg at 64 g.
However, I think the real winners are the Volcano Group.
Volcano Nachos: 980 Calories, 61 g of Fat and 1870 mg of Sodium for 354 g.
Volcano Burrito: 790 Calories, 41 g of Fat and 1770 mg of Sodium at 303 g.
Now I have to admit I haven't done a full comprehensive search nor have I included a cost analysis, but I think it's safe to say that the Volcano menu provides the most per unit of food mass. Still, that Cheesy Gordita Crunch has more caloric density than the Volcano Nachos if you buy two of them but you sacrifice the fat and sodium. That Cheese Roll-up is another good one. Five of those puts you in about the same mass and while the fat is not as much you win the in the sodium and calorie department.
Truly what we need is a more scientific and automated way of analyzing this menu.
