Back about 6 months ago when I purchased my 7800GT I purchased the Purevideo Decoder along with it. I have misplaced my Product Key and normally whenever I need to look it up I merely log onto the NVSTORE account.
This time, I can't log on. It says user name/password incorrect. I tried everything, but I can't get it to work, so I did a password request. Apparently none of my E-Mail addresses exist in their records.
So I said screw it I'll just buy a new one so I don't have to deal with this. I figured if they don't think my account exists I'll just recreate it. Well, when I tried it says that the E-Mail address already exists, yet according to the logon it doesn't!!
I sent one of those Request Assistance things, and it didn't come back. I sent about 5 more and none of those has made it back.
I'm running out of options here. There, for some unknown reason, is no telephone number. The only telephone number I could get was to their Corporate Building, which, I'm guessing, will do me no good.
Anyone have any ideas?
