Ok, so here is the situation. I sell this person an airsoft gun on ebay for 380, and she pays me with paypal. That monday, I ship it out to here, and the person at the USPS office said that it would take merely 2 or 3 days since she lives less than 100 miles from me. I tell the girl I shipped it out monday, and throughout the week she is complaining that I have not shipped the gun out. I usually dont buy DC, so I take a picture of my receipt and email it to her. She says that Now, just today, I found out she has filed a complaint with paypal, and why would I refund here moeny when 1) I sent the gun out 2) she did not buy insurance?????? I dont know what to do but this girl is pissing me off:| Please what should I do?
 
Maybe, the USPS has held up the shipment because it was a gun that was going through the mail. Surely, there must be a little paranoia on the part of the USPS and they're probably checking it out.
 
My advice would be to get delivery confirmation on everything you sell that's worth anything. How could you not track a $380 item?

At this point, just wait and see what happens. Maybe paypal takes your money, maybe they don't. They can do whatever they want.
 
hmmm that sucks. i hope you don't lose any money & merchandise. eBay & Paypal policies piss me off so much I quit selling stuff on eBay.
