I have:
Athlon XP 2000+
768MB of PC2700 DDR Ram
60GB Hard-Drive
ATI Radeon 8500 LE 128MB Video Card
LiteON 52X CDRW

I have about $120.. and I am trying to get ideas what to spend it on. Does anyone have any ideas on what to maybe add or change to the PC I have now? I am thinking about getting a DVD burner.. not sure on that one yet.

You aren't going to get much boost in speed no matter what you buy with $120, but instead of buying a DVD burner now I would wait for dual layer capable burners. (DVD9 instead of DVD5) So if you are set on spending it right away, I would go with new processor. Otherwise just save it and buy later. In getting a good deal for computers, you must wait for the right time to buy.
 
Well, your two choices are pretty much either a faster processor or a dvd burner. I personally went with the faster processor, but if you don't need one, get yourself a dvd burner. The Optorites at newegg are $94.99 for an 8x now. I want one of them myself!
