What should I do?

So I'm helping out someone I know by letting him and his little brother stay with me. The little brother is 18, but he has a medical condition that left him handicapped and unable to work. They get benefits for the little brother from the govt. Like $600/month or something. Their worker comes in today to talk to them and asks for my information.

Turns out she wants my personal info like SSN, Bday, etc. Not just mine, but my whole family's info. I told her to NO! I'll not give out that info. She said its policy or this kid will lose his benefits. I insisted, asked to talk to her supervisor first. She provided the number, I called and left a voicemail. She didn't get my info. Does that mean they won't get their benefits? The kid needs it, he had a stroke when he was 2 and is left with weak limbs and can't talk, eat properly or move very much. They say his mental abilities is the same as a 10 year old.
