get a TV tuner card ... Leadtek XP2000 $50.00 and a second monitor

Get an IS7, 2.4C and some (prolly 512Mb on your budget) PC4000 and overclock

woops just read his current system- get a new mobo and processor i guess? lol- if u used the rdram just get the abit mobo and a 3.0c chip
