So UPS dropped a package from newegg off at my home around 12:30pm (according to tracking) I was at work, and when I got home at 5:30, the package was gone. Should I file a claim with ups/newegg? Thanks
It was not signed for at all, and newegg shipped my speakers separately, and they were shipped, and left on my porch in the retail speaker box, which I received
