What should I do with this website?

I've put a few features on it but I'm kind of at a standstill about what to do next. Right now, it's just sort of languishing. Any suggestions? I'm out of ideas right now.

Whats it supposed to be? Looks like the beginnings of a web portal. Why don't you tailor one around your local area and put up local advertising for it.
