WHat should I do with this truck?

I'm biting the bullet and getting a newer truck is the very near future(likely another toyota,mid 90's,4x4 pick up).
What should I do with this vehicle?
It runs, but has small issues,its an 86 with 230k.
Yes its a POS, but not worthless.
should i trade it in?
ebay it?
advice.

This is the way i purchased the vehicle,did nothing to it sans maitenance.
My next truck with be preferrably reg hieght,just nilla..
 
Keep it around. Never hurts to have an another vehicle around, especially when you can't/don't want to drive the new(er) one.
 
put a few innovative signs on it that say for sale....maybe park on on a corner on top of some poor guyz mercedes...makes for good advertising 😀

cannot keep it around,we are alotted only two offstreet parking places. and i dont think my friends/relatives want a lawn ornament such as this 🙂
 
donate it.. or give it to someone who needs a car..

there are plenty of ppl who are down on their luck who would appreciate a car / truck to go around.. seesh.. i know a few myself.

Blow it up.

 
I would sell it. Use what you make to get your new purchase fixed up or a down payment. Just because it's 4X4 someone will probably give you close to a grand for it. I wouldnt but there are a lot of people who will. If you trade it in you will get hardly anything for it.
 
if it was a pickup it'd be worth more... those things run forever though... i had an 89 with 220k miles on it... ran great til this happened to it...

i got $3000 to replace it.. not bad huh
 
🙁 Too bad you're not closer to the west coast... I've been wanting an old 4Runner for a looooong time. 🙁 Drop a used 50k mile engine in it and good to go. 🙂
 
At least sell it, give it a new home..

Is that 230k on the original engine/tranny?
